While walking home, friday ran off into an abandoned hotel, finding Georgia and Lenny. He stays overnight with them at the hotel. He was seen through the scenes in the hotel with the other dogs. After the kids got caught by the police and all the dogs were sent to the pound. Friday manages to escape and ran to find Dave, Heather, and Mark. He later leads all the dogs to try and cross the country line. However, he suddenly turn around and ran back to the hotel, leading all the dogs with him.
